Chicken Peanut Curry

1Mix ground coriander , ground cumin , turmeric , paprika , kosher salt , and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.ground coriander: 2 tsp, ground cumin: 2 tsp, turmeric: 1 tsp, paprika: 1 tsp, kosher salt: 1 tbsp, cayenne pepper: 1/2 tsp

3Brown the chicken in vegetable oil over high heat.vegetable oil: 2 tbsp

4Transfer the chicken to a bowl.

5Turn heat to medium.
